All homes and lots are individually owned.  While the vast majority are freestanding homes, there are also two small groups of condominium units.  Most houses are one-story with two or three bedrooms and attached two-car garages.  The nine-hole executive golf course, open greenways, surrounding fields and mountain views provide residents with pleasing vews. 
 
In 2016, there were 42 homes sold within Salemtowne.. The purchase price of the freestanding homes  ranged from $150,000 to $270,000 with the average sales price being  $210,833 and median sales price being $207,500.  This range is reflective of the size, location and condition of the property.
